Questions organisers ask.
Does GoCollect replace my registration platform?
No. Keep registering runners where you do today. GoCollect imports the list from that platform's CSV export and runs the collection days.
What do crew need?
Their own phone with the GoCrew app (iPhone, iPad or Android) and a data connection. They apply by scanning their station's QR, and you approve them.
What if the wifi drops?
GoCrew needs a connection to record a hand-over, because the server is the single record of what has been collected, so a pack can't be handed out twice. Plan for mobile data or venue wifi at each counter.
Can a runner collect for friends?
Yes. Group pickup lets crew scan or search each runner, review everything owed, and confirm once.
What happens if crew make a mistake?
A crew lead or admin can undo the hand-over. The record is kept and marked as reversed, so your numbers stay honest.
